Hello and welcome to Mindful Habits by Lauren! I want to help you make mindful decisions become habits in your life. Mindful habits that benefit you, your family, your home, and your over all well-being. From my experience, being mindful with your life will only make you flourish even more. We have the ability to only control our actions, mindset and words. Why not be mindful with that? Make mindful habits of knowing what we are using and surrounding ourselves with. If we are only eating garbage, then we are going to feel like garbage. If we are only reading negative things, then we are going to feel negative.
